Our trust team reviews each fundraiser, confirms the identity of the organizer and monitors withdrawals before funds are released.
Donations reach the cause
Funds are delivered directly to the beneficiary or their treatment provider, and organizers are required to share updates on how help was used.
Refund protection
If a campaign does not use the funds as described, or fraud is detected, we refund your donation. Just contact us within 12 months of giving.
How to report a concern
If something about a fundraiser does not look right, use the “Report fundraiser” link on the campaign page or reach our trust and safety team. We investigate every report, and withdrawals can be paused while a campaign is under review.
