My name is Ethan Cole, and I'm fighting stage 4 stomach cancer that's eating me alive 💔

I can barely keep anything down. Every swallow feels like swallowing broken glass. Most of what I force myself to eat comes right back up mixed with blood. I've lost over 40 pounds in a few weeks. My clothes hang off me. I can barely stand without getting dizzy. The pain never stops. It burns through my gut day and night and I can't sleep more than an hour at a time.

The doctors told me I need to start aggressive treatment immediately or I won't make it much longer. Chemotherapy is the only shot I have left.
